And this is a Book We have sent It down as a Blessing, testifying whatever came before It, and you to warn the mother of countries and anyone around it, and those who are believing with the Hereafter are believing with It and they are constant in their prayers.
Adhikr is the Book of Mercy, Bounty, and the Blessing from the Impartial Lord of the universe. It is Safeguarding and testifying all the previous 312 Books as explained in verse 5: 48. Both in verses 32: 3 and 36: 6 it is told that Wise Reading Adhikr is revealed to warn a heedless people as they are not warned by their forefathers so that they may be guided into the Straightpath. It is told in verse 21: 50 that “This is a Reminder of Blessing, then are you hating upon It”; and verse 25: 1 says: “Blessed is the one who sent down the Criterion upon His servant Muhammad to be a Warner for the entire world”. Ka’bah is situated at Mecca which is the center of the world, and It is known as the mother of the countries. So Adhikr was started to reveal in Mecca to warn the center of countries as well as the entire world. It is told in verse 42: 7 that just like We have inspired into you Reading in Arabic for warning the mother of the countries and everyone around It and to warn about a gathering of a Day about in which there is no doubt. It is told in verse 33: 40 that Muhammad is the Last Messenger and the seal of the Prophets. It is told in verses 62: 2-3: "Lord is the One who deputed an illiterate Messenger to the illiterate people from among themselves reciting His verses upon them and teaching them about the Book and Wisdom! And indeed, they were in manifest astray before. For other illiterates who have not joined them with, and He is the Exalted, the Wise!". Today, it is the other people belonging to Messenger's community such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, and Christians who didn't learn the Arabic language understand Adhikr better than the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who have made their food rejecting It as explained in verse 7: 26. By the proclamation of the last Caliph Mahdi, believers from mankind all around the world will be entered to Hejaz while the Fujjar will be expelled and banished from there. The propagation of Adhikr to the entire world will be fulfilled after that as explained in verse 9: 28. So the odd believer who holdfasts Adhikr, he did holdfast the Lord and is guided into Straightpath as explained in verses 3: 101-102. See explanation 1: 3; 2: 2-5; 5: 97, and 9: 32-33.
